Liquid-liquid bimetallic wear-resistant block
Wear resistant blocks are widely used in industries such as coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and building materials, as well as in the mining, crushing, and screening processes of large coal mines or coal preparation plants. Through their high wear resistance, they can effectively protect the service life of mining, crushing, and screening equipment. Materials include high chromium cast iron, high manganese steel, etc
The bimetallic wear-resistant block adopts the lost foam mold liquid-liquid composite casting process, which is formed in one casting. The upper part of the wear-resistant block is made of high chromium cast iron alloy, which has high hardness and wear resistance. The lower part of the wear-resistant block is made of low carbon steel, which has good impact toughness and good weldability, and can be easily welded to the equipment that needs protection. By utilizing the bimetallic liquid-liquid composite production process to organically combine the two, the wear-resistant block meets both toughness and wear resistance requirements, with high wear resistance, reliable safety performance, and weldability.
